Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting or reception area. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Ferrets and other pocket pets should arrive for their appointment in a suitable, secure carrier. If possible, these pets should be presented in their own cage or housing enclosure so the doctor can better evaluate their at home environment.
